What an amazing time I had with Camille & Mauricio in downtown Warrenton for their engagement session! Also, what a change in weather we had! With overcast skies & cooler temperatures, it was a bit chilly for this time of year. However, I say anything beats the heat & humidity 🙂

It turned out that Downtown Warrenton was hosting their Spring festival earlier that day. The main road through town was closed due to cleaning, but it actually worked out in our favor. Downtown Warrenton had turned into a ghost town, which was great for Camille & Mauricio’s session! When I first met with this adorable couple, I just fell in love with Camille’s outfit. Anyone who knows me well knows that I love a good blue dress, & her hot pink shoes were to die for! Mauricio came prepared with a hot cup of coffee, where he took sips in between poses to keep warm, lol. However I must say that their natural chemistry was enough to keep each other warm 😉

Camille & Mauricio informed me that they had never had professional photos taken of them before. You would never have guessed that seeing just how comfortable they were in front of the camera. For all I know maybe it was nervous energy, but these two were already clicking in front of the camera before I even gave them any instruction. As soon as Camille & Mauricio glanced at each other, they would just start cutting up & laughing. I loved their playful energy! I remember that I just started snapping photos right away, just watching their chemistry unfold. I joked with Camille & Mauricio about how they were making my job easy. I can only imagine how much fun it is going to be to capture their wedding day come July!

Camille & Mauricio had me all kinds of smiles during their engagement session. Their laughter was contagious, & I thoroughly enjoyed our time together. It was such a pleasure getting to know this sweet couple. Here are just some of my favorites from our time together…
