Last weekend I had such a wonderful time catching up with one of my favorite little families! I have known the Pullen family for quite some time. The last time I captured their family photos was for a maternity session when Heather was pregnant with this cute little guy! It’s amazing how fast time goes by, but I love being able to continue to capture their memories.

Luckily we had another beautiful fall day for the Pullen family’s family photos. We even still had a little color left on the trees! The fall foliage may have made it’s appearance late again this year, but it seems to be making up for it by sticking around a little bit longer. It’s always a blessing when you have beautiful weather to work with, especially when it involves little ones.

I have to say that little Lukas wasn’t going to make my job easy 😉 He was on a mission the entire duration of their family portraits. This little man just wanted to go! I felt like the paparazzi half the time, but I was determined to get him to look at me for at least a few photos. Needless to say, this family photo session involved a lot of youtube videos, the Baby Shark song, stuffed animals, & me making a fool of myself- totally worth it though!

Towards the end of their family photos, we discovered a small row of trees that for whatever reason seemed to fascinate Lukas. He walked up and down the rows of trees multiple times, & it made for the perfect photo opportunity. I have to admit that this portion of our time together resulted in some of my favorite photos. I was just so happy that we were able to get some cute photos of this little man in action!
