Spring has a way of making every love story feel like a fairytale—I am so grateful to have been able to capture Katherine & Mike’s engagement session at Meadowlark Gardens. As a Virginia engagement photographer, I have captured countless portrait sessions at Meadowlark Gardens, however I forgot how truly beautiful it is in the Spring season. Every corner showcases greenery, blooms, and a setting that looks like something straight out of a storybook. The weather was also absolutely perfect for Katherine & Mike’s engagement session. It truly was a dream!

Katherine & Mike will be exchanging their vows next month at Arbor Haven in Fredericksburg, VA. I was so grateful that we were able to get their engagement session in! As a Virginia engagement photographer our weekends are pretty busy this time of year, so it’s always a relief when we are able to work with our couples before their special day. Having an engagement session captured before your wedding day really helps in regards to your wedding photography experience, while also getting to know your couple better beforehand!
