I recently had the pleasure of exploring the beautiful streets of downtown Alexandria with Kristin and Michael for their engagement session. From the moment we started, I knew this was going to be a special shoot. Kristin and Michael, who met through a mutual friend, are set to tie the knot this November at Evergreen Country Club in Haymarket, Virginia.

The setting for their session couldn’t have been more perfect. It was a gorgeous summer evening in one of the most charming little towns in Virginia. Downtown Alexandria is always a favorite of mine for engagement sessions, and it’s easy to see why. The historic buildings, the picturesque waterfront, and the cobblestone streets create a romantic atmosphere that’s just perfect for capturing love stories.

As we wandered through the streets during their downtown Alexandria engagement session, it was wonderful to see Kristin and Michael’s chemistry unfold in front of the camera. They were so natural together, making my job an absolute joy. This session was the perfect opportunity to get to know them better before their big day, and I can’t wait to capture more beautiful moments at their wedding this fall!
