Evergreen Country Club Wedding | Kristin & Michael

Nestled at the base of Bull Run Mountain, Kristin & Michael’s wedding was a perfect blend of rustic charm and natural beauty, set against a backdrop of Virginia’s rolling hills and rich autumnal landscape. As a Virginia Wedding Photographer I was thrilled to visit Evergreen Country Club once again to capture their joyous union. The November air was crisp, filled with the scent of fallen leaves, florals, & pine. As guests arrived, they were greeted by a tapestry of colors—deep reds, burnt oranges, and golden yellows, with the mountain’s silhouette creating a dramatic canvas in the background.

A Romantic First Look

Kristin and Michael’s first look was nothing short of magical, a quiet moment of love and anticipation before the celebration began. As the late afternoon sun filtered through the golden leaves, casting a warm glow over the November landscape, Michael stood with his back turned, his hands clasped together, waiting to see his bride for the first time. Tears were already forming as he eagerly anticipated Kristin’s arrival. Kristin approached him slowly, her wedding gown flowing gracefully with each step, as the tulle of her gown caught the soft light. She took a deep breath, her heart racing with excitement, as she gently tapped Michael on the shoulder. He turned around, his eyes widening with awe, a look of pure joy spreading across his face. Michael’s breath hitched as he took in the sight of Kristin, radiant and beautiful. He instantly placed his hand over his mouth as he was in awe of her beauty.

Majestic Bride and Groom Portraits

Evergreen Country Club in the fall is a picture-perfect setting for bride and groom portraits, combining classic elegance with the breathtaking beauty of Virginia’s autumn landscape. Surrounded by the majestic Bull Run Mountains, the club’s lush golf course transforms into a sea of warm, vibrant colors. The towering trees lining the fairways burst into shades of amber, crimson, and gold, creating a stunning natural backdrop for photos. Kristin & Michael’s portraits were some of the most romantic of my fall wedding season as a Virginia Wedding Photographer. I simply could not get enough of this simply gorgeous day.
