This beautiful fall weather has been so good to me! This past weekend I had the pleasure of meeting & capturing Morgan & Cody at Sky Meadows Park out of Delaplane, VA. This is such a perfect location to photograph in during this time of year, as the views are absolutely stunning! We are into our 2nd week of November, & the trees are still just as beautiful. I am so glad that Fall is deciding to stick around a little longer for these sessions, before we face the bitter cold, grey, dead, winter look lol.

Morgan & Cody found me through the Blue Ridge Bridal show as they won a free engagement session. However unlike their engagement session, they will be leaving the country scenery & exchanging vows on Virginia Beach September 23rd of next year! I had so much fun getting to know this adorable couple during our time together, & we couldn’t have asked for a better day. In the beginning of their session, we found ourselves dodging cows for a few photos. Yes, those cows AGAIN, lol. If you don’t know what I’m referring to, just check out the latest wedding I did which included some “behind the scenes” photos, here! 😉 Putting that aside, Morgan really wanted to incorporate Cody’s pick up truck somewhere into their session, so towards the end we relocated to a more private spot in the park to do just that! Luck would have it those ended up being some of my favorite shots from the day, as open field shots always are! It was an amazing way to wrap up their session!
